Warranty Exchange Program

CheapBandGear.com and Pro Audio Video, Inc. does not handle your warranty claim. Do not ship you item back to us. Please follow the directions below for defective products or warranty repair.

Behringer’s new one-for-one Exchange Program is limited to participating dealers only. To initiate a warranty claim under the program, simply follows these easy steps:

1. Take your malfunctioning unit to a BEHRINGER Retailer (please call ahead to verify that your dealer is participating in the Program).
2. To show that the unit is covered under the warranty, remember to bring your original purchase receipt.
3. Once the BEHRINGER warranty is validated, you are entitled to a replacement unit.  

If it is inconvenient to organize warranty service through a retailer, you may also contact Behringer's staff.
In this case, please use Behringer's Online Support or give Behringer a call and ask for warranty service. Please provide the following data:  

1. Product name
2. Serial number & data code
3. Date of purchase
4. Retailer name
5. Detailed description of the problem
